Premier Family & Internal Medicine is an independent medical practice, with specialists in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. Our mission is to be the premier family medicine provider in Indiana. We work closely with our patients to maintain good health, to get better quickly when stricken by acute illness, and to manage chronic health conditions. Our team of Doctors, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioner and high quality support staff specializes in caring for patients of all ages and strive to provide our patients with everything they need for the maximum in convenience, accurate and compassionate medical care. We believe in continuity of care and refer only when necessary.
The office is open Monday through Friday and fully staffed so that we are always available to assist you. Also, to better accommodate your needs, we always offer same day acute appointments for those urgent medical needs.
